A Heartwarming Experience: When a Designer Trusted Lumisynch for His Own Home

I'm very pleased to share one of our recent and truly fulfilling experiences at Lumisynch Private Limited.


A highly talented and senior interior designer, known for his work with a reputed design firm, chose Lumisynch for automating his personal residence. This wasn’t just another project—this was a vote of confidence from someone who deeply understands design, aesthetics, and technology.


Given his technical knowledge and discerning taste, we recommended our most popular Inspri’e Series switches in a metallic champagne finish. True to its reputation, the design and finish struck a chord. Once the switches were installed, we received a delightful call from the client, expressing his joy—and the excitement of his two children who were fascinated by the look and feel of the smart switches.


Last week, our engineer visited the residence to program scenes and set up the mobile application, giving the client full control at his fingertips. The feedback was overwhelming. The client and his family were thrilled—not just with the product, but also with the service and attention to detail.


What made this even more special was the personal call I received—for the second time—from this gentleman. He thanked us again for the product, the seamless service, and the joy it brought to his home.
